Madan Sudarman

Madan is a visionary technologist and the founder of pronative.ai.
With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Madan is a recognized thought leader in Cloud Computing, DevOps, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

Prior to founding pronative.ai, he served as Director of Technology Solutions at EPAM Systems, where he led Cloud and AI transformation strategies for global enterprises. His leadership experience also includes high-impact roles at Tech Mahindra and Siemens, where he spearheaded complex product engineering and cloud adoption roadmaps.

A certified Software Architect and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Madan is now dedicated to empowering the next generation of tech talent, providing them with the practical skills and strategic mindset needed to master Native AI ecosystem.
